The layout of the website is very user-friendly. When looking at the product line, the prices were fair and the selection was great. There were multiple options, allowing me to pick a very specific size/durability level that I needed. The quality of the products I received is outstanding. I love getting my auto ship orders from Carewell. In my opinion, and from my experience. They strive to make it right if something in an order is wrong. Or you get a wrong item in your autoship order. That isn’t the right item. Or, you get an item that turned out to be out of stock. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is caring for a loved one. Or, that has special-needs themselves, and is independent in taking care of themselves.

The products are excellent. I’ve used pull-ups, 15” pads, 2 kinds of bed pads, the Acorn “ diaper pail” with refill liners. Customer service: every single person I’ve called with a question has been kind, willing to help however they can and they deliver. The quality in every aspect is unexpected, and so appreciated.
