I am a new customer. Went with them because they ship free in 2 days and I needed a wheelchair ppronto. I call them and had a wonderful experience. Then I ordered diapers online and wanted to all pee pads so had to call them again. Another fine experience. I recommend Ed them to a friend who needed a walker. I have had great service with their products for the past 9 months. My mom used the Tena briefs and they worked well and didn’t irritate her hips as other brands have done. We had them delivered each month. The monthly service is very reliable and easy to deal with. Recently my mom passed and doesn’t need the 10 Tena packages we had on hand. I called customer service today and inquired about returning them. The representative told me to donate them to a local nursing home or women’s shelter and they would reimburse our account. Carewell is so generous! The Leewood Assisted Living/ Rehab in NoVa is so appreciative of getting them too!!! I am sad but at least these packages will help others.
