My experiences using Carewell is so wonderful-- my orders have always been processed so quickly and whenever I spoke with a representative they help with such honest caring. Recently I called because the delivery company said that my oder had been delivered, but I never received it. I called Carewell and they immediately said they would ship a replacement free of charge. That same day about an hour later the shipping company delivered my original order by a special delivery van. I called Carewell to tell them about the missing order that was finally delivered and said I would pay for the replacement order. They said the order had been processed and not to worry-- to accept it and Merry Christmas! They have such heart and caring, which you don't find in today's world.
