Guys are amazing thanks Chandra for the help And always having good quality products

My service experiences with CareWell has always been great. Today I had an issue with the shipper not being able to redirect my package and I had to change my personal plans. CareWell made it well worth the trouble. It's the best service I've ever experienced.

Very friendly..Easy to understand and very helpful. We have never had any problems with the product or the company. Shipping is great. ALL of our orders are here before the due date. That has saved us many times. Thanks

Diana was wonderful to work with; she's friendly, Informed, and proactive. If Diana is indicative of the overall Carewell staff, then kudos to the hiring team. Diana is a genuine asset to Carewell, and based on my recent experience, I’ll be using Carewell again. Thank you

My over the phone experience with DeAijha was awesome. She was helpful polite and very knowledgeable. 100% satisfaction!! Thank you.

Ordered a walker before Christmas. Received THE NEXT DAY!!! Packaging was intact. 3 wheeled Rollator walker is amazing per my skeptical Dad. 5 min., no tool assembly. Easier to maneuver tight spaces, fold, and handle. Came missing basket and tray. Called. Sweet representative ordered one to be shipped ASAP. We couldn't have a better experience. We will shop for other items through CAREWELL. ❤

Diana was very pleasant and diligent in finding the problem and solving it quickly.
