This morning I was alerted to an order from Carewell and I had just received and order days ago. I went to my online account to see if I could cancel, it was too late. I think it was some sort of glitch with autoship. At the top of the account page is Carewells 800 number, how convenient. I called a spoke to the most friendly, kind and helpful woman named Tracy. She apologized profusely, found a solution to my problem and even gave me a small credit on my account, which wasn't necessary but greatly appreciated. During the last couple of years I have found that several companies have lost that kind of customer service, not Carewell. I am a customer for life! Tracy went above and beyond for me!

The representative that I talked to today aover the phone was very knowledgeable and, friendly she answered all of my questions and she is a great asset to your company

I want to thank Carewell for their excellent customer service and products! I tried to determine the size by ordering larger than both the Depends & Sam’s Club brand; but, it ended up being too large. I called to see how could change the order and the customer service was so pleasant. They gave me instructions on what to do with existing order and I had replacement package within 3 days (even during the holidays). I had previously placed a similar order with becausemarket.com and had the same issue. However, their customer service was horrible and I will never use them again. I am a caretaker for my dad with Dementia and it is a tough enough job….thanks for making a portion of it easier! Cindy

My day was running over with challenges, and was continuing with my computer. If something could add a new hiccup, it did. So...called Carewell customer service, and Tara answered. She was so patient, her critical thinking clicked in, thought outside the box, and made my frustrating moment a smooth success. When true customer service is delivered, I treasure that golden moment.
