I’m a new customer to Carewell. I ordered here because of the price and availability of stock. I will continue ordering because of the above plus reliability, quality product. Today I needed customer service to help work the website. Super kind and helpful. It’s refreshing

I've been having problems getting my pull-ups, and then I found Carewell! When I call to see if they have something different, I've had helpful service & friendly helpers. Not all companies provide that, & I appreciate good people to chat with about their products.

Had problems reordering on-line so called customer help and requested a callback. Rep called back very quickly and helped resolve the problem. Rep was very professional, pleasant and efficient.

Even when you as a customer make a mistake, the folks at Carewell are egar to help you resolve it. They are kind, understanding, personable, helpful and knowledgeable. They don’t make you feel bad about your mistake and work feverishly to get you what you need. I’m so grateful to be apart of this amazing family.
