The customer service is outstanding. They are extremely knowledgeable, nice, and they all go above and beyond for their customers at a time where the customer is at a low time in their lives. Also, I've looked at numerous websites, for incontinent briefs and carewell.com was the least costly around. As long as I need adult incontinent products, I will be using carewell.com.
