The way you price your items is nonsensical. For example, SKU: 16-7900-CS352 the units/case are counted per wipe even though they come in packs of 8. Saying there are 352/case makes it sound like there are 352 8-packs per case, not 352 individual wipes combined. Advertising this way is purposely misleading. If you buy a 6-pack of socks you expect six pairs, not six individual socks.

The customer service is absolutely stellar! I'm sure the products are top notch as well, but unfortunately I am out of the shipment network. Still, I highly recommend this company; I cannot imagine being dissatisfied on any front.

I have been ordering from Carewell for almost a year now. I send things for my mom to her community in another state. For the last order, I THOUGHT I had changed the address so the shipment would come to me—I’m moving my mom to live nearby—but it didn’t work. By the time I caught it the order was already shipped! (They ship VERY quickly!) I panicked! I called, sent emails and text messages! Carewell took care of me! They sent the same order to my home free of charge. Moving my mom from Texas to Missouri is turning out to be pretty stressful. I really appreciate their awesome customer service! They definitely went way above and beyond.

This is the first time I do business with a company that takes the time to write to the customers to offer assistance and personalized service. I am so happy with the service they offer. My shipment arrived in no time and without any discrepancies with what I ordered. Thank you Jonathan for being there in case I need it.

Great customer service! New customer but so far I am very happy with this company. Prices is what drew me in but everything else was awesome also. Me and my daughter will be a returning customer :)

You guys have always done what you said you would do. You usually have in stock what you sell. That helps to get the orders out of the door quickly. You do have a whole range of quality products as well

The delivery service was prompt and on time, products were as described and what we needed, and the customer service reps we talked to were always friendly and helpful. Great job in all areas.
