My partner had terminal cancer and had suddenly taken a turn for the worse on Sunday morning. I was unable to get him out of bed or clean, turn and take care of him by myself. I had not made any arrangements with a home health agency as I had been able to take care of him up to that point. I went into a semi-panic mode trying to find some help, realizing it wasn’t very likely on a Sunday. I made several on-line inquiries that day, but only Carewell called me back the same day. The woman I spoke with was very sympathetic and apologetic that they could not assist me that day but she set me up with a local home health agency who was able to come out and help the following day. I was at my rope’s end, and am so grateful they came to the rescue. My partner died five days later, but at least he was able to remain at home thanks to the home health agency referred by Carewell.

It only took a couple of minutes to have auto ship discontinued. Sean was very polite and helpful. I would give him a A+. Thank you Char

We have used Carewell for a couple of years now for my mother's needs. The prices beat local retail stores, delivery is fast and customer service if you need to call in is excellent.

Carewell has great folks over the telephone. They are kind, courteous, patient and have knowledge of the products they are marketing which is a huge help!
