CarewellReviews of carewell.com

I have always had great help in finding the right product for my needs. They take the time to suggest and explain each product available. They are pleasant and unhurried in the time to do so. The delivery is asap. I am happy with this company. I have been with them over a year and had no issues with their delivering the goods.

Thank you Carewell for having such a Great customer service (Sarah) you had the patience to get what I was asking for I really appreciate this...I asked for my shipping time Wow 2 days perfect timing...couldn't be happier 😀😊❤

Horrible company. I ordered a product never opened it and requested to return it. I was told they would send me a return Label via email. Did not receive it. Contact the company said it has to come from the warehouse. Still didn’t receive it contacted company again said it usually doesn’t take this long they’ll check into it. No label received contact the company again said will check into it. Did not receive the label. Called company was told label was sent to me via email. I asked what date at first they said it was sent and then they said it it wasn’t sent. Said a supervisor would call me back within 15 minutes. No call received. Obviously this company does not want to give your money back even though I return request as well within the 30 day time limit to get a full refund.

The live chat representative, Chandra, was fantastic. She was extremely helpful and patient with me as we sorted through the issue. The problem was resolved satisfactorily.

Once again, I am pleased with the level of service that Carewell, representatives provide. When ordering, the experience is always pleasant, and non coercive. Lastly, the products that are offered, are high in quality, and low in prices, and that's what keeps me coming back !
