I have just started using this company, the change was done because I was having problems with the company that I had been using for over 5 years. Carewell may be a little more expensive but the quality of their products is much better. Delivery only takes a couple of days and you can sign up for autoship, if you need to make changes you can call or go online

I am a new customer to this company however in the past 30 days I have been pleasantly surprised. There was a screwup in the shipping address for my products and after calling and speaking to a representative, it was immediately fixed and my money was refunded. If you’re having any reservations about using this company for your medical needs, don’t. I love that it’s run by a husband and wife team and it is very user-friendly. This company is amazing
