My order was delivered but it wasn’t on my porch. I waited a couple more days and then called Carewell. They were so sweet and understanding. They are looking into what happened but decided immediately to send me a free replacement. It wasn’t even their fault but they wanted to solve my problem and make me happy. I was so thankful and impressed. Thank you, Carewell!

First of all, there was no delay in reaching Customer Service whether to place an order or having an inquiry about a product. Every product that we have purchased to date has worked out to be exactly what we wanted. You are kept informed from the moment the items were ordered until shipment and final delivery. Receipt of the items is within a few days of placing the order. There has never been a delay. Customer Service reps are always professional, courteous, pleasant and very efficient. Carewell is one of the few companies I have no complaints about.
