Most important factor - I was looking for a particular brand and product line in disposable underwear, because that is the one that my father likes. When someone has been having health challenges, you want to make the little things right for them. Carewell always has the product in stock, ships quickly, has good prices and offers autoship. It takes one thing off the long list of caregiving tasks.

I ordered first time with promo code First 10, which said spend over $50. and get $10. Off your first order. That’s a scam! That allowed them to charge for what was free shipping. As soon as I put my credit card in, the price jumped to 3 cents off my order. I talked to their customer service and she was willing to give me a $10.credit on my NEXT ORDER! I told them there would never be a 2nd order. They were a scam company!

Had ordered an item received it quickly, was thought was what I needed, found what I really needed and ordered. I had done the continued shipment on 1st item was able to change to the 2nd with ease and no hassle. I'm very pleased with the service I received especially the helpful and courtesy from my customers service representative.
