Was looking for bulk personal care items for the a mission for the care of homeless women. Found an item then emailed the owner and he directed me to other available items at cost effective prices. Will definitely shop this site again.

What Carewell promises it delivers on time and order items are in good shape. Customer services are friendly and knowledgeable, easily accessible. New development and difficulties: My last experience (1/11/2023) tells me that I had to way in line (you are #8 in line) for sometimes. The option is to press #1 and an agent will call you back. When I got the call back (in 10 min.) and asked why there is a long line now, something that did not happen before, the answer is not a shortage of staff but there are too many customers. I am glad that Carewell is doing well and the business is booming. But can you solve the problem of waiting in line for a long time? Call back is fine, but sometimes I have to leave the house for other businesses and would miss the call back. 2. My autoship did not come on the day promised: Carewell could not charge the credit card on file My suggestion: if Carewell cannot charge the card on file, please send us an email or give us a call instead of holding the delivery. Besides these hickups, I am satisfied with Carewell products and the help of its efficient staff (when I can get to them) and the discount for regular customers using autoship. Will I recommend Carewell to friends and family? Yes it's still good if it can solve these problems.

I was ordering for my elderly mother who had taken a fall and needed certain supplies while incapacitated. I didn't realize I had a recurring order. They were very helpful and more than fair in returns and money refund. I now check their site first on supplies of any kind I need for mom.

You did a great job when I needed you. I was relieved I always got products quickly, I didn't run out. When the stress was the highest, you always helped take it down a notch.

When I order from Carewell, I get name brand items with the ease of auto-delivery on my own timeline. The Customer Service is great. They are aptly- named. They indeed care well!! Thanks for asking.
