Helpful and knowledgeable staff. When making changes to an order, and asking for recommendations as my Mom’s needs change- they couldn’t be more helpful. Not only in product recommendations but in automated shipments, billing and other conveniences for me.

Experience is always wonderful. Fast, easy ordering & through auto shipping makes things easy.

I have been trying for 5 months to find item to help with absorption of urine so my husband would not be so drenched each morning. The booster pad by Tranquility did this. This is put inside nighttime disposable underwear. Outer clothing Has not been wet wet! For last 3 mornings! I highly recommend this booster pad.

Customer service extremely polite an helpful

I have incontinence, both ways. Prevail Belted Shields have helped save me embarassment many times. I carry an extra pair in my pockets. Carewell has been my provider, and they are prompt and efficient. I'm satisfied. I've been a customer for about three years.

When there was an error they immediately redid my order. Great customer service
