Every aspect was perfectly executed. We were given options, choices were helpful so we could formulate opinions based on comparisons. Tours and interviews were arranged. Paula’s help was invaluable. We have were referred to her by friends and would love to offer recommendations as well.

Made a lot of things happen in a short period of time.

Excellent! We asked to see just the care facilities that met our quality and financial requirements. Within that reduced list were two or three of the perfect places for our Mom. Couldn't be more impressed with this service.

Sue Gibson/CarePatrol did an excellent job with helping me find a place to take care of my mother of 94 years old. This was a dreaded task as I would have liked to have had her live with me but I didn't have what it would take to administer 24/7 care or the home space that would accomodate a walker/wheelchair or needed customizing for handrails etc. Sue's assistance took the heaviness of the research I would have had to do which would have meant time I didn't have to move her. Sue already had the tools and information needed, i.e. locations, type of facility, and financial situations to match our check points. She picked me up and we found a place the same day! Sue has stayed in touch after my mother was moved and has let me know that for any reason regarding my mother's new place, that I can call upon her. Sue is truly a professional and I am so grateful to have had her by my side at such a difficult and sensitive time. Last but not least......none of this cost me anything and it was one of the most important things I've ever had to do and would have gladly compensated for gas, time and knowledge, thank you again and again Sue .

We had the most seem less experience with Care Patrol. Our family met one time with them, visited one assisted living community and moved our cousin in. Lori was available and worked around our family schedule; she was interested in our unique circumstances. Don't go at this alone. Call Care Patrol.

Jodi was great to work with as far as lining up assisted living places for us to look at. Since we were working it was nice to be able to give one person the information and have her set up the appointments. She went wirh us on the visits and help us navigate the system. Howevet,We weren't as happy with the referral for home care.
