I don’t know what we would have done without Bonnie and CarePatrol. Her responsiveness, expertise, care, support and coordination were absolutely invaluable in this process. Working with Bonnie and CarePatrol turned what would have been an overwhelming process into a very smooth and manageable one. Not knowing where to begin, once we connected with Bonnie, everything became very clear and navigable. Thank you Bonnie and CarePatrol. I truly don’t know how we would have done this, and achieved the same result, without you!

Jim Everson with CarePatrol in Columbus, OH was wonderful. He lined up visits quickly when we needed to place our dad (who had dementia and physical limitations) in care and knew places we were not familiar with. We chose one of the first 3 facilities we saw and were happy with our choice. Then 2 months later when we needed to place our mom, he came to the rescue again. She is enjoying her apartment, the staff, and especially the food. (Jim knew that was important to her.) I am so thankful to have been referred to CarePatrol! Had I not asked for suggestions from a friend who had placed her husband in care, I would have never heard of this wonderful service.

Everyone I dealt with from CarePatrol was wonderful. Most of my interactions were with Fernando. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all, seeming to understand that it wasn't an easy decision. We are very happy with the community we placed my father in.

After a week and a half of looking at Board and Care homes for my 91 year old mother... I received a call from CarePatrol informing me of a place that would probably be a good fit. And boy were they correct! Diane and Terry were like a call from Heaven that came at the best time... I'm so happy and content at the kind of care my mother is receiving... I would highly recommend this company for placing a loved one in a home you can trust.

Working with Care Patrol was extremely helpful. I worked with Sharon and she was knowledgeable, supportive, and compassionate. My calls/emails were returned in a timely way and I felt Sharon was very flexible with the time she gave to my family. Care Patrol helped my family see many pros and cons with regard to caregiving situations. She helped us see the big picture . I'd definitely recommend contacting them.

CarePatrol identified facilities that would be most appropriate for my wife, arranged interviews and accompanied me on on-site visits, and followed up when goals needed to be revised. Scott, my initial contact, was very clear about the service they could provide and Jen, who actually worked with me, was extremely considerate, attentive, and personally concerned. This is an organization that works for you and in no way tries to direct or affect your choices.

From the very beginning in the hospital with my mom I was met by Mark who explained a great deal of the process. He made phone calls looking for availability and set up tours and interviews with staff at the various homes. Mark helped make a very difficult time bare able. I highly recommend Mark and his agency.
