The people at Care Patrol were great! A lifesaver for me. I had no idea how to find the right place for my uncle. They took care of most of it and gave great advice on other things.

Highly recommend! I don't know what I would have done if CarePatrol wasn't there for me.

Cristie is nothing shy of amazing! We started this process with her over a year ago and Mom just moved in last week. Transitioning a parent to an independent or assisted living facility is a big decision and I knew we were in expert hands from the start. There's a whole new terminology that needs to be understood as part of the decision making process. Cristie spent considerable time educating us so that we clearly understood the different types of residences and services available. She then scheduled a couple tours of facilities that might be a good fit. Cristie joined us on those tours and learned more about my mother. Her instincts were keen and she was able to even further refine our search. Once we found the right place, Cristie helped us navigate the wait list process. Cristie checked in with us regularly while we waited for a residence to become available and offered her assistance as the move approached. She also followed up to make sure all was well once Mom moved in, with additional offer to help if needed. I have already recommended Cristie to 2-3 friends, knowing they were in outstanding hands. Additionally, it is obvious the representatives of the different facilities have great respect and appreciation for Cristie and that enhanced our dealing with those people.

Victoria was very helpful in finding an appropriate PCH for our friend. The location was right the setting was right and most importantly the size of the home was just right.

Our care patrol consultant Steve was incredible. He listened carefully and asked questions that were insightful and very helpful. The place he found for us was perfect for our needs. He made the touring and application process go smoothly, even picking up paperwork and delivery it to help us out. I appreciate how careful he was to be present even after the move, asking what went well and what could be improved. Great customer care. We had tried using another service but that did not go very well. They were not bad; just limited in their geographical scope. After that failed we felt really frustrated. When Steve called I needed to be convinced. His care and understanding of what we were facing made me want to give him a chance. I’m so glad I did. I would certainly be happy to recommend him.
