Rich Russo was referred to me by my mom’s elder attorney, otherwise I don’t know how I might have found him or his company, Care Patrol. I needed to move my mom from regular assisted living to a place with more care round the clock. Rich made an excellent recommendation and understood our needs very well. He worked closely with me when I had questions about financing and Medicaid, and contacted mom’s elder attorney and mom’s financial advisor for me at times when I couldn’t reach them, to get my questions answered. And it’s a free service! The assisted living/nursing homes pay the fee. It’s an awesome community service.
