Kris has been outstanding help with Bob Martin. She always keeps us informed about what is happening. We have a very difficult situation and Kris has been terrific with finding vendors to help us as well as an AI facility for Bob.

I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for Geri @ CarePatrol finding mom an assisted living home. She went right to work the same day I reached out to them and scheduled tours the same day. Not only professional but so very truly caring about my mother's needs and my own. Used them not only once but twice!

Bill was very Professional all the time when we needed him to show us assisted living place. Welcome us with a big smile all the time and very pleasant and kind to us over all Excellent!!! Thank you bill.

Sandi Wake was extremely helpful in finding a community for my mother. She was professional, kind and exhibited great follow-up. I will recommend her to anyone who needs assistance locating a community for themselves or a parent.

Care Patrol staff made the search for a new residence for my brother very easy. They did all the research and footwork for me to find an assisted living situation that met my brother's specific needs and wants. I would highly recommend them.

The agent I was hooked up with was Jerry Harrah. He was outstanding! He showed me places that were right on target for the kind of facilities I was hoping to find. Because I'm not from Florida he even offered to meet me at a local Starbucks when we first went looking and when I made a decision to go with Tuscan Gardens, he met me at Starbucks again to take me there to talk with them and start the paperwork. On the way back to the coffee shop he offered to help me with furniture and whatever else I thought I would need to do for my sister's move. He even said he could pick up her favorite snacks and deliver them to Tuscan Gardens for me and if I needed, he would pick up her homemade breakfast muffins from my house to take to the kitchen at the facility. Talk about above and beyond service! He's a great guy, a real comfort during my stressful time and a wonderful asset to Care Patrol. Thank you for sending him to help me.

They were very helpful with guidance and checked in several times afterwards to see how things were going. I have already recommended them to others.

Anthony was a professional throughout the process. He helped me navigate assisted living for my mother during a difficult transition for her. His response time was incredible. He continued to follow up with me even after my mother moved into the new facility.
