CarePatrol was recommended to us from the Upland Rehabilitation facility when my mother-in-law was recovering from a fall. Since we live in a different county, we welcomed the local referral. Terri Harvey understood the pressure we were under to find a board and care facility that would be our needs (and criteria from the family) in a timely manner so that mother would not have to be moved twice and we would not have to make several trips. We communicated by phone and text primarily as we had to make the best use of our time in the area. Terri was obviously knowledgeable about the area, the homes & their owners, the credentials & licensing, the vibe in the home, etc. We are so thrilled with the facility that was at the top of Terri's list! Her expertise and efficiency made things go smoothly in a few hours. I would highly recommend CarePatrol for their much-needed service & Terri's exceptional assistance.
