Enjoyed working with Doug at Care Patrol. We found a wonderful assisted living facility for our mother with the help of Doug and also was able to work with an insurance person that he recommended. Since we are new to this area, Doug’s help was invaluable and each time we had questions, he was available and willing to guide us through this unfamiliar, new territory. I would highly recommend Care Patrol.

Tonya did an excellent job of explaining how the long term care insurance would work and gave us information about applying for a Veteran's benefit which will really help. She was kind and patient with the long process we went through to find just the right place. I highly recommend Care Patrol!

Local Care Patrol franchiseI Howard County was staffed by a very experienced professional ( Starr) who was able to move quickly and help find a suitable placement for my mom while she was in rehab. Would definitely recommend.

Anthony was beyond accommodating . He listened and found an assisted living facility that fulfilled all of our needs. Also time was of the essence and he wasted no time in finding us a place within a day! He also followed up afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly.

It’s important to know that Care Patrol representatives refer to facilities in their own geographic area. My mom needed short term (respite care) Assisted Living after being in a rehab hospital 50 minutes from her home . Care Patrol made a referral close to the hospital, saying a facility close to her home was not available. This made it difficult for friends to visit or take needed items to her. Mom lives in Florida, I live in Michigan so I depended on Care Patrol to help me. In hind sight, I should have insisted on a referral closer to my mom’s home even though the person I was working with would not have received her commission.

The experience was thorough, understandable, and stress free. Theron took the time to get to know my mother and help her find the perfect place for her to go to!
