Colleen took the information I gave her about my Mom's wishes and found three good fit candidates that I didn't even know existed. In the end it was an easy choice as one place checked all the boxes. Without Colleen my Mom would have probably ended up at a large chain facility.

Beyond helpful when we had less than 24 hours to place our father in memory care. Compassionate and knowledgeable and I would use them again if I needed.

I met Anthony Coleman while working for a local Home Care Agency. He was so passionate and extremely knowledgeable with his work that it made a huge impression on me. When it came time to try and find an Assisted Living for my parents to live he was the first person I thought of to call. He really took the time to listen to what were the needs of my parents and my family. He made it easy for us to make the best decision possible.

My brother and I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and straightforward guide through this process than Paula Sotir in Baltimore. She answered my initial e-mail asking for assistance within an hour. She provided us with multiple options, had background info, and never failed to respond to a question in a timely manner. Without her help, I don't know how we'd have navigated the complex process of getting the right assisted living facility for our family member. Paula made a stressful time easier for us, and we're very grateful.

Paula Sotir is the best!!! She understanding, empathetic, extremely knowledgeable, dependable and exceeded my highest expectations!

Nancy McClure is the advocate anyone would want and need. She goes above and beyond at every turn, provides accurate, detailed information about all aspects of elder care placement, and in general exceeds expectations. She genuinely cares, which provides motivation for her excellent help.

I dialed the number for CarePatrol in desperation, believing the call would result in another dead end, or worse, another agency seeking to take advantage of my distress. I could not have been more wrong. Cheryl Richards returned my call immediately. From that very moment, she took me by the hand. With a peaceful and calming presence, Cheryl led me with a guiding light while I was blinded by one of the most painful demands life can impose - move the love of your life from the hospital and locate an assisted living facility. Cheryl tolerated my frantic behavior with compassion, kindness and without judgment. She performs with a level of knowledge, excellence and caring not of this world. She made the process quick working through the weekend. I believe I called on a Thursday. The following Monday evening, my husband was sleeping in the most amazing assisted living home. She still checks on him. This I know to be true - when I encountered Cheryl Richards, I encountered a true Angel in human form.

Kari was very helpful, very patient. She took me to various places so I can compare and pick out the most appropriate for us. Had a wonderful experience and found my husband a great place I can feel safe leaving .
