CarePatrol made the process of looking for an Assisted Living Home for my mother easy. During a hard time when there are so many questions to ask, but you don't know what to ask CarePatrol (Rich) walks you through the process and makes it easier to deal with. I have recommend CarePatrol/Rich to 3 other friends in similar situations.

Bruce Lopes was extremely helpful to us. I assisted us all the way in our search for an assisted living place for family. I highly recommend Bruce.

It was nice having help understanding the in and out of looking at places. We mainly went to the ones we were interested in and it helped having someone else ask questions we were stumbling with, or may not have thought of. Did not feel quite as pressured when visiting the facilities as if we may have felt on our own.

My brother and I knew it was time to move our Dad from Independent living to Assisted Living. Nancy McClure had been showcased in our local paper, and we called her. It was the best move we ever made! Nancy met with us, and we outlined our situation, and gave her our needs and requirements for a new facility. After that meeting, she arranged for us to see three AL facilities (upper priced, middle price range, and lower price range) as well as meals with the facility. Her knowledge of facilities was extensive. She spent the day with us touring each facility, and asking questions we had not thought of. At a later time, she also met with our Dad so she felt he was a good candidate for the facility we had chosen. The long search short...we have moved our Dad to the AL facility of our choice, and are happy with it. Nancy's input and assistance was invaluable. We would recommend her to anyone, as well as Care Patrol.

Theron was absolutely amazing. I can't even believe there is someone out there that is as kind and helpful as he is. I have been going through a really rough few months and have been trying to avoid placing my dad into assisted living, when I got the call that I was going to need to do that I was at a loss. Luckily, someone recommended Theron and that changed everything for me. He really cared about my situation and wanted the right fit not only for my dad, but for the rest of our family. He is truly an amazing person and I am so lucky to know him.

Randy was a wonderful advocate in helping our family find a care center...he communicated with us daily and truly engaged himself fully in assisting us with this housing path.

I have nothing but gratitude to David and Diane with CarePatrol for helping me in placing my husband in a memory care facility. They were compassionate and professional in a time of tremendous stress. This is a great service and I would highly recommend it to anyone having to make the tough decision about placing a loved one in a care facility.
