Nancy was enormously helpful as my brother and I searched for an appropriate home for our mom. Nancy knows the homes and the people who run them. She's very generous with her time and is always willing to help think through issues. She follows up, she writes summaries of the places you've checked, she goes with you and asks questions anyone unfamiliar with the system (like us) wouldn't think to ask. She has a sense of humor and is very easy to work with. No question is too small or insignificant. You get the feeling she's fully on your side. If you need help figuring out care placement for a loved one, Nancy is the person to have at your side.

My mother needed to be placed in as assisted living facility and my siblings and I only had a few days to find places and make a decision. We had no clue as to how to begin looking or making a decision. We were directed to CarePatrol by the hospital's social worker. Our contact, Wendy, found 6 places for us to investigate over the course of a weekend. She personally took us to 3 of the homes. We found them all to be pleasant. We went with the last place we visited and we didn't regret our decision at all. CarePatrol was able to help our family make an extremely difficult decision quickly. They were very supportive of us and we're grateful for their service.

Jane Nichols with Care Patrol began this journey with us, and she has become our counselor, financial advisor and great friend. My husband and I have been the care givers of our dear, elderly friend due to the absence and refusal of her family to help in any way. The care then became our job, and without the help, kindness, and willingness to assist us, I don’t know where we would be in this situation. Jane has been our guide thru it all and we can’t express how wonderful, knowledgeable and kind she has been. Bob and I feel we have known her for years. Even thru her own trials and sadness, she was there for us and put her feelings on the back burner. Care Patrol is blessed to have her on their team!!!!
