This service was a Godsend when needing to find Memory Care for my Mom. Our advisor was professional, fast with responses and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Care Patrol without hesitation.

Amy was our CarePatrol representative and was great. She spent time getting to know the family including meeting with the person we were seeking assisted living for. She picked places that were in our price range and ones she thought the person would do well in. Plus she showed the different sizes and types so we could know what was out there to choose from then narrow our search to a particular type. Even though it was spread over 5 months and we saw some facilities twice so the person could choose the place they wanted there was never any sense of being rushed. Plus Amy took care of us while we were doing the tours and had a good relationship with the facilities. This is a stressful thing to do and I could not imagine doing it without Amy and CarePatrol.
