Got personal help when my family needed it the most with safe caring placement into a group home for my 94 year old mother. They found the best place for her needs and our budget. This company needs more advertisement so families who need help will know where to turn.

Finding Mary Ann Pickell from Care Patrol was such a blessing. My mother’s Geriatrician told me that I had to place my mother in a memory care facility within 3 weeks. I was devastated that my mother would not be able to stay with my family, nor return to her own home. There are so many agencies that provide senior placement services, but someone recommended Care Patrol to us. My husband and I met with Mary Ann, and by the end of the meeting it felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. My husband and I had no idea how to go about searching for the right memory care facility for my mother. Mary Ann was able to provide us with literature about Alzheimer’s Disease, as well as local senior care programs. After discussing many options for my mother, Mary Ann scheduled visits for us to see several programs that could provide excellent memory care. Mary Ann Pickell has been our guardian angel from the first time I met her until the last time I spoke with her after my mother’s placement. Mary Ann was knowledgeably about all aspects of senior care, but most importantly, she was kind, caring, thoughtful and respectful. In the end Mary Ann helped us find the perfect facility that met all of my mother’s needs, as well as finding us a place that we could financially afford. Mary Ann went above and beyond to help us through this process. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Mary Ann and the Care Patrol program. I would highly recommend Mary Ann Pickell and Care Patrol to any family that is looking for the perfect place for your loved one.

Words cannot express our appreciation for Care Patrol in helping us place our mom. We were referred by the doctor to assist with this placement. Anthony Coleman responded the same day and immediately started the process. Lori Vrcan took over and within 2 days we had our first visit at an assisted living facility. Within 2 weeks we were finalizing placement. This would not have happened without their guidance. On move in day, Lori came to the facility to meet our mom and help ease the stress of this transition. She brought our mom a personal gift based on our conversations with us. This was an unexpected surprise and we truly appreciate her thoughtfulness. Again, words cannot express our appreciation for Care Patrol.

Deana was a lifesaver in an extremely difficult situation. She assessed our needs and zeroed in on exactly the right facilities to recommend given our time constraint. She pointed us to a wonderful facility that I would have never found on my own. Thank you!

CarePatrol is a FANTASTIC service that truly ‘cares’ about their clients. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that is beginning this somewhat daunting task of finding a safe, secure, and friendly location for themselves or loved ones. I don't give 5 stars very often, but Deana at Care Patrol was amazing. She was instrumental in our ability to very quickly choose a wonderful place for our family member...beyond our expectations! She also followed up weeks later to see how everything was going. She made what would have been an arduous task, very pleasant. Cannot say enough! Absolutely 5-Star service! Thanks, Deana!

Excellent assessment of needs and well matched to facilities visited. All moved in to the facility and we are so happy. People have commented on what a great job in getting the move done so smoothly but CarePatrol made it possible.

Our representative Bruce Lopes helped us thru a very trying time and gave us information, found options where we could place our loved one based on health care, financial considerations, location. We could have not found the perfect place and made it happen without him.
