Theron did an amazing job helping us find the perfect home for our mother. He listened carefully about the things that were important to our family. He was extremely knowledgeable about the policies and day to day operations of multiple facilities. He is very easy to talk to and very good about returning phone calls and getting answers to all of our questions. He accompanied us on several tours. I would recommend him to anyone needing an “expert” to help them navigate through this difficult time for families.

Kevin with Care Patrol helped our family find the perfect assisted living residence for our mother. He is knowledgeable, responsive and caring. He follows up regularly to ensure all questions are answered and to provide the best customer service. Best of all, our mother seems very content in her new home.

Theron was very helpful and always available when needed.

Outstanding...they know what they are doing!

Sarah from Care Patrol was very enthusiastic and helpful and was willing to take me to multiple facilities. The second facility is working out quite well for us. Thanks.

Sarah was able to find an amazing place for my mom within a day. She was compassionate and great with my mom so the transition went smoothly for everyone.

My mother was being discharged from rehab in less than 24 hours and at the same time we were told she could not return to her memory care facility. We had no warning. CarePatrol was blessing, providing us options right away. Many thanks to Tammy and CarePatrol.

My rep JoEllen was awesome! She kept in constant contact with me and sent me updates and spent a whole day with me touring facilities. Once I picked the right one she arranged everything for me amd my mom. She even checked in a week later to see how things were going! She was very sweet and professional and I was very happy with her!
