Elise at CarePatrol was amazing! We were in a really difficult spot as the home my MIL was in could no longer care for her safely, we were not notified and were basically given 3 days to find her a new place. This was on a Friday afternoon at 4pm. Elise was able to not only provide 3 places for us to look at the next day(Saturday) but she was even able to get us an assessor to come out on Saturday to get her assessment completed to send to these places by Monday. Elise was so kind, she held our hands each step of the way and found the right place for our situation. We moved my MIL into her new home on Tuesday, 3 days later. Words are inadiquate to express our gratitude to Elise. She made it so that we could breathe for a minute through all of the stress. I would recommend Elise and her staff to anyone and everyone who is in the process of finding good care for an elderly family member. They really do care!

Julie Miller was wonderful to work with. She was very professional and caring. She knew exactly the type of place my parents would like. She also gave me information regarding financial assistance and movers to move my parents into their new home.

Bruce was the most knowledgeable person I have ever had the privilege to work with. He made me feel like we had known each other forever and helped me find the perfect forever Veterens home for my Father in law, I cant say enough about the service he privided.
