We met Marty Burkhart from care patrol at an Alzheimer's Conference. We were having some very serious difficulties with our current assisted living facility at the time and needed to move our mom quickly. Marty listened to what our needs were and set up appointments for us to visit several new places the next day. We were able to put a deposit on a new place immediately! Our mom is now moved in and we absolutely love it. Without Marty I'm sure our search would have taken much longer and it would definitely have been more work. Having someone knowledgeable to lead you in the right direction, especially when you are under a lot of stress, is a huge relief. Marty did everything and drove us around to see each place. He remained mostly silent so that we could make the decision on our own. It was a very good experience.

They helped my sisters and I with my dad who has dementia when we needed it the most. Awesome!!!

Care Patrol is such a valuable service. Our local agent Mike Awadalla has been incredibly helpful is securing for us the right board and care needs for my mom. Finding such facilities on my own is a daunting task- I wouldn’t know where to start. Care Patrol eases one big burden in stressful times.

Cheryl Richards, MBA, CSA was excellent. Caring, smart always available. Answered all our questions. Felt like she was my sister helping me search for the best place for our mom! She is the nicest, most giving person I ever met.

Bonnie Danker was the agent who helped us through this very difficult transition, and she was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. We couldn't have done as well without her.

Our Care Patrol rep Laura was very good. We believe she went the extra mile for us. We had some experience with the well know company that advertises on TV all the time but Care Patrol was much better. We would recommend them to anyone.

CarePatrol sent representatives to meet with us when we were confused with our options in getting my dad into a care facility. The representatives were extremely helpful, and worked extremely quickly. It was like having a "team" working on the goal rather than trying to do it all ourselves. With their help, our seemingly enormous task was solved in days, not weeks or months.
