I highly recommend Bruce Williams with Care Patrol when you are looking for a place for the next chapter of life. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. He responds to texts and emails quickly, which is huge. I have already referred him to a friend.

Cilla did a great job helping us wade through this change in our lives. She educated us and discussed all the options, and helped us to understand not everyone has the same rules/policies. This decision is not as simple as looking at a spreadsheet to make a decision. We appreciated their help.

I worked with Jane Nichols & she was terrific! Very helpful, professional and accommodating.I would highly recommend her and her services. We ended up placing my father in a facility she helped us with and have been very happy so far. She was very thorough and knowledgeable.

CarePatrol has helped our family so much in placement of our dear father. I highly recommend this agency if you are in need or have questions in senior care facilities. Very efficient, compassionate, Anthony Coleman, thank you so much for being so caring!

Victoria Archable was extremely helpful. She negotiated the cost to make it affordable for my mother. She met me at the facility for a tour and helped me interview the director. She also assisted we in obtaining the documentation required from the physician. She referred a firm to assist me with increasing my mother's VA benefits as well. I believe Victoria went above and beyond for us making things much easier. Thank you

ELLEN WAS VERY HELPFUL IN FINDING MY AUNT A PLACE TO LIVE IN A VERY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & INFORMATIVE. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP. 5 STARS FOR ELLEN.

My mother was in need of Memory Care. We could not handle her mental state so we were referred to Care Patrol who went into action immediately. They found a place within days. Their expertise and knowledge was invaluable to finding the best place for mother's care. I would recommend this service highly.

Heinz Kosser at CarePatrol in Indianapolis, IN was enormously helpful in helping us find the best assisted living facility for my mother. He had a wealth of information about the communities and what to look for in evaluating facilities and their care. He was also very helpful in giving good information from the financial standpoint as to what is available for financial assistance. He saved me a lot of time and stress from trying to find the right fit for my mother on my own. Heinz made a difficult process not seem so difficult. I am extremely grateful for his service.
