Cilla Buck from Care Patrol has been a God send into our lives. My father was in a terrible place and being neglected. Ms. Buck shared her professional talents and her personal care to make sure that we not only found a safe place for him but a place that suited our needs, location and life style. Being that I care for my father all by myself, she also took the time to see that my needs were addressed. I had no idea such help was out there. While handling my father's affairs I regularly encounter other families that would benefit from her talents so I proudly boast what a savior she has been to us and strongly recommend they contact her!

todd seidel was the best, he made it very easy for me to decide on what facility to pick. I think anyone that needs help putting their parents in a home should use them

Petra was amazing! She was very responsive to our needs and worked diligently until we got my brother placed. So thankful for her help as things would not have worked so quickly or smoothly without her guidance.

CarePatrol has offered critical information and support in securing the best living situation for my parents-in-law. They were available to answer questions in the off-hours. They made themselves available to help in whatever way was needed. Their services are invaluable.

I cannot say enough good things about Patrick and Beth at Care Patrol of East Tennessee! From my first contact with Patrick, I knew that I could trust him to have my Dad’s best interest uppermost in his mind. He interviewed both me and my dad, set up appointments to see facilities that best met those needs and then accompanied us to those facilities. Because of his knowledge, he saw things that I did not always see and that was very helpful. He has been to see him twice since he moved in three weeks ago! He is caring, compassionate, trustworthy and most of all, really wanted to find the best place for my Dad. Finding a community for a parent or loved one to move into is a daunting task and he helped make it manageable. We are so happy with our choice!

They only let me judge them to 5 stars. I'd give CarePatrol double that. They were fantastic, solved every problem in no time at all, and kept me posted throughout though I was 3000 miles away. Amazing people and service.
