Awesome experience!!!!

I was referred to Robin through others that have used her services in the past, and I concur wholeheartedly that she is an invaluable resource if you are looking at elder care facilities (assisted living, independent living, nursing home, etc.) for you or a loved one. She took the time to understand our needs, made recommendations of various facilities to check out, scheduled the tours and appointments for us, and accompanied us on each site visit. She is up front about ultimately being compensated by the facility you choose, but she was not pushy towards any particular facility, and really just wants what's best for the person who will be living there. I high recommend her.

Because of our Care Patrol rep, Mark Sylvester, we had what is a difficult time made much easier. Mark coordinated everything from finding a group home within our budget to transport from skilled nursing , hospice, Medicare approval and move in. I would and will recommend Care Patrol to anyone facing these difficult times.

I first came to know Caressa when my wife was at encompass, after a fractured hip, as she had also developed Parkinson’s, I was advised that she would be better off at an assisted living facility. The staff referred me to care patrol where I met Caressa. Caressa with her can do positive attitude was a wealth of knowledge to me. Her knowledge of the care of my wife would need was amazing. She has helped me in making difficult decisions, as my wife’s condition got worse. Caressa is truly an asset to care patrol. I will never hesitate to call her during my time of crisis.
