It is not easy to say in a few words just how helpful and supportive the CarePatrol has been for our situation. We were faced with the rapid onset of illnesses of two parents ages 95 and 96, one of which one has dementia. The simultaneous challenges kept changing as we attempted to find appropriate care and interim solutions. The communication with the CarePatrol and the quick response we got as circumstances changed meant we were able to find what was needed for care and also reduce the stress in confronting the complexity of the problems we faced. We are most grateful for their care and commitment to us and our parents.
