Nancy McClure was compassionate and professional In meeting with our friend Bill W. and his “auxiliary brain trust”. We appreciated the many times she joined our conversation meetings as we worked to move Bill forward the next chapter of his life journey. It was because of her efforts that we found the perfect place in the heart of our community who bent their rules to allow his 3 cats to join him there. And thanks again to Nancy’s efforts, we were made aware of the funding available through the Masonic Lodge, which will help to ensure his well being into his future.

CarePatrol has been absolutely amazing to work with. I worked most closely with Victoria Archable and Bruce Mack in the Atlanta office, who couldn't have been more professional, kind, helpful, and communicative. I also worked some with Jane Nichols in the Savannah/Hilton Head office who was also incredibly helpful and put me in touch with the staff in Atlanta (my parents moved from SC to Atlanta for assisted living). The time I had available to find a place was short, and Victoria and Bruce teamed up to find options for me, help me tour them, and support me through the whole process of getting my parents' paperwork in order and move in completed was amazing. They stayed in communication after the move-in and helped me with a few issues that arose since then, which felt like they were going above and beyond as well. Plus, the ability of the 2 offices of CarePatrol to communicate with one another and make their work with me seamless was very impressive. I would highly recommend this agency, and these 2 offices in particular.

We highly recommend Caressa from CarePatrol. Our son was being married out of state and my parents, who we take care of, were not able to make the trip due to their health. Caressa made the process of finding respite care much easier than doing it on our own. She set up appointments with several facilities for us to tour so that we could actually see what each one offered. Caressa made the whole process much less stressful and as a result, we chose a wonderful facility.

We were in a serious time bind, along with limited resources available, but they searched and surprisingly found a nice place even closer than we could imagined! ⬅️

We were completed satisfied and grateful for CarePatrol in helping to find a wonderful assisted living facility for my mother. Bonnie had arranged the appointments for all of the tours and provided useful information of our many options during a very difficult and stressful time for my family. She was extremely helpful, competent and caring. I would highly recommend CarePatrol to other families.

Caressa is TRULY a wonder. She made herself completely available. She helped us navigate a whole new world...taught us the language and held our hands figuratively and literally if needed. She took the time to meet Jeff and really get to know him so she could recommend a place that was a good fit. She hit a home run for us on our first visit. I will and have recommended her to other families making these decisions.
