Found the right place so far

Theron was terrific finding a place for our mother. He accurately assessed the facility he recommended to us and she is very happy after the first week. He first gained an accurate understanding of her needs and found what appears to be a perfect fit.

I can't say enough good things about Sandi Wake. She listened to our needs and spent time helping us fine the best location for my sister. Her knowledge of the various places that we looked at were invaluable. I would recommend Sandi to anyone in the Grand Rapids area looking for assistance in finding a home for their loved one.

Dave Lanter was so very helpful. I wish I would have talked to him a year ago,,,while not exactly wasted time,, my work with other "vendors" that offer these kind of services was far below the level of help I received from Dave. CarePatrol was such a Blessing...

This is an awesome program. We worked with Cilla Buck and she did an awesome job with my mother. Before meeting with Cilla, we searched for a few weeks and did not find anything. After talking to her, she gave us a bunch of places to look at and went with us to look at them. She told us what to look at, what was right about the place and more important what was wrong. She listened to my mom and found the perfect place for her. Mom is now in that place that Cilla recommended to us and mom is loving the place Thanks to all the people that work for Carepatrol and especially Cilla Buck!!!

I was working with 3 agents/companies to fine a residential care home for my father, and the agent for CarePatrol, Mike, was EXCEEDINGLY more helpful, competent, and on top of the game, when it came to finding my father a home. The service was Excellent !!! Thank you Mike !!!
