My 88 year old father took a sudden downturn in his dementia journey and even with the best of planning found ourselves in a position, almost overnight, where we needed help finding a new home for him. A member of Scott’s team cold called my office which raises money for Alzheimer’s research to learn more about us and our work. The timing was perfect. They continued to check in with me and when I was ready to begin the search for a new place for Dad in less than an hour Scott was at my door and we had 2 tours that afternoon. Dad is in his new memory care facility and we have the peace of mind knowing he is in the right environment and receiving the care and assistance that he needs.

Being referred to Kari West our CarePatrol advisor was such a gift. She was responsive, knowledgeable and compassionate regarding the life transition my Mom was making. She enhanced my life literally by doing the hard work of locating a new home for her. She met us at each appointment and even made them for us! I’m so grateful for her care, concern and service! I couldn’t recommend this organization enough.
