Bill Lusk was the absolute best. He was always available if my daughter or I had any questions and found a wonderful place for my husband. I would highly recommend him. I wasn't as happy with the agent in Prescott Valley. He didn't show up for our scheduled appointment and was of no help.

A little over a year ago, after stepping in as a newly promote HFA Administrator, I received a call from our local CarePatrol contact, Rick Young requesting to met over coffee so he could formally introduce himself. I happily obliged and boy am I glad I did. A year later and numerous move-ins later, he is not only one of our top referring sources, but a go-to referral for our sales team when we are unable to accommodate a request for move-in making it a great two-way street for both parties. The first meeting I took with Rick, he was able to explain his process of diligence in choosing a community for his potential residents including digging into and learning more the client before even talking about potential right communities. He then works one-on-one with the community to learn what makes them tick meaning he is able to make super qualified placements in the perfect community for the resident! This is a win-win for both the resident and the community. His dedication to finding the right fit and his compassion for those who are making sometimes hard decisions for a loved one is inspiring.
