There are not enough words to describe the wonderful experience my sister & I had with Ron Culyer and CarePatrol. We are forever grateful for his knowledge, guidance, support, understanding & true genuine care. We were under somewhat of an urgent task to find the best fit for another sister. He responded immediately even during a holiday. He was able to schedule tours of several facilities within a few hours notice. He assisted us with the correct questions to ask & advised of things to consider for both now & the future. I wish I had the number of times we said his name in a 24 hour period, Ron will know, we’ll ask Ron, let’s see what Ron thinks... He was our guardian angel here on earth & I hope he knows how thankful we will always be for that.

Mary Ann has been a godsend and a rock when we needed it. She is a wealth of information, an orchestrator and an organizer in an area where she was needed. When faced with the situation of moving my In-Laws from Independent Living to Assisted Living in a very short time frame I reached out to our local office for Senior Services. Our CarePatrol representative took the time to fully understand the needs of my In-Laws and made recommendations that were on point to satisfy those needs. He was with us every step of the way as we visited multiple facilities. He helped us gather all of the necessary information to make an informed decision regarding the best facility for my In-Laws. We have successfully completed the move to a new facility and so far the transition has gone very smoothly. I would recommend CarePatrol to anyone and would absolutely use this service again if the need should arise.

I'm not sure why this company isn't advertised more. Diane L of CarePatrol was more than helpful in securing a quality Adult Family Home for my 94 year old mother as she was being discharged from a Skilled Nursing Facility. If all of CarePatrol Franchisees are as skilled as Diane, you will have no regrets in using their service!
