Melanie was a Saint walking us through this difficult change we had to make. She was there for us at every turn and actually went above and beyond. It was like having an intelligent relative with us to help us make decisions. And of course with great patience when we would ask questions about details that she already had covered. With so many details, Melanie was right on top of things. We could tell that this job for her was her passion. Always greeted us with a smile and upbeat attitude. She certainly knew how difficult this can be for her clients. Our confidence in her grew as we worked with her. And, she was truthful and didn't try to hide the most difficult parts for us. We were so lucky to have her on our case.
