I wish I would have known about Care Patrol 5 years ago when mom was first diagnosed with Dementia. With Care Patrols help we moved mom to a cheaper board and care home. She will receive better care here than she did in the larger facility. They also put me in contact with a guy to help me apply for VA aid and assistance. I have been telling all my friend about care patrol.

What a great help Sarah was in finding a place for Mom & Dad! We needed help and they came through for us!

Todd Seidel of Care Patrol is awesome. Have had a number of problems with Clement Manor wrong medication handed out to wrong patients, happened with my mother and saw it happen with 2 other residences. Nurses or aids didnt relay messages at Clement manor

Care Patrol was amazing. She was very informative and not pushy at all. She listened to my needs and did the majority of the leg work. I can’t imagine this process without her.

I can’t say enough about Mary Ellen Gilbert. She was incredibly helpful in finding a truly wonderful placement for my client. Her care and concern were evident from the very beginning. she stayed with us as our needs and preferences changed And offered resources outside her specific expertise. She was an absolute delightful to work with.

I don't know about the franchise itself but we worked with Lynn Hunsaker at Care Patrol in Tucson for the placement of my mother-in-law and my father - both placed within the last 4 months. Lynn delivered exceptional and compassionate service with prompt and thorough responses to the prolific number of questions we had during this journey. Lynn was an active listener and made recommendations based on what might be a good fit for each of their individualized care plans, goals, interests and values - and made recommendations to appropriate facilities based on all the considerations. He did this while keeping dignity for our parents and empathy for our family in the forefront of every conversation, communication and site visit. I wouldn't just give him 5 stars, I wish I could give him a 10! Bravo Lynn Hunsaker with CarePatrol in Tucson - you truly delivered delicate white-glove service and information during a very difficult and sensitive process. THANK YOU!

Hercules was the best! He made our tough situation so much easier to navigate. Showed us the best places in our price range and geography. Would highly recommend him to everyone I know that finds themselves in this situation. Could not thank him enough

Bruce from the CarePatrol who my mom & I used in Florida was absolutely awesome. He was very kind and very considerate & very patient with my Mom. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to help us in all the areas we needed when we had to place my Dad in a memory care facility. I would highly recommend using them.
