Ruthie Barkus, Senior Care Consultant from Care Patrol, did an outstanding job is securing in-home assistance for my father with only 24 hours notice prior to his release from the hospital. She also visited my father's home on a Saturday evening to personally address and resolve a situation caused by my father. Ruthie is a tremendous asset at Care Patrol, and I am grateful that she was there for my father and our family during a very difficult time.

I am sincerely grateful to CarePatrol and specifically Jena for the help she provided me navigating the journey of placing my mom into an assisted living facility. I had no idea of where to start or how this process would work. Jena kept telling me, this will be ok, I am going to help you, call me any time with questions, and yes I did. :) Jena is professional, well connected in the community and it was easy to see, she is respected by the care facilities she works with. I strongly urge anyone who begins the emotional journey of placing a loved one in a care facility to contact CarePatrol. They have the resources to take away the stress of the unknown.
