Amazing service. I thought I was going to lose my mind trying to find a place for my mom during COVID. Emily stepped in and listening to our needs, asked questions and help guide us to her new home. Julie Miller was our Care Transition Manager from Care Patrol. What an awesome service to the community and what a caring individual!! She was professional, compassionate and had the answer to every question we asked. It took the pressure off of my mother and the siblings to go find the necessary information and make an informed decision. Even during this time that we could not physically walk thru a facility, Julie worked her magic. We were able to have a live walk-thru with one of the directors at a facility we were considering.
