After my Mom ended up at the Hospital from her Care Facility and knowing that she was not being provided the proper care Jenn and Sara both went completely out of their way to help my family not only find a place that would support her needs but somewhere where she would thrive. They worked after hours calling different resources to help assist us care for her for the few days she was at home with us. There was never a time that I had to call them to get an update. If there was a need they were already anticipating what that was and had already made the call. Honestly, their care, kindness and expertise changed my family's life. Being 2,000 miles away from our family member during COVID 19, and being unfamiliar with assisted living/memory care resources, we were at a real disadvantage. Quite fortuitously we were given the name Care Patrol, and began working with Charles to narrow down the field. Right away I knew we had a caring and understanding advocate on our side who was willing to do the legwork to put us in touch with 'top tier' facilities to care for my brother, recently diagnosed with an inoperable malignant brain tumor. After a few virtual tours we settled on a memory care community that we believe will provide my brother ample TLC, and the attention and supervision that he requires. Care Patrol was always accessible and prompt in returning calls. They were a godsend for us and I would unequivocally recommend them, especially Charles in Sarasota. Thank you!

Lori spent a significant amount of time on our phone interview getting to know as much about our dad as she could to help us with finding the right place for his situation.
