Care Patrol was there for me when I didn't know where to begin looking for an assisted living facility during the covid 19 virus. Jena came to my mother's house to do a virtual walk through. Jena always kept in contact with me to see how my mother was doing and how I was holding up. I could not do it without her guidance and compassion. I will always be truly grateful to her.

This experience/service was a life saver. We are relatively new to our area and had no experience or connection to any of the assisted living places when it came time to locate a local living situation for our father. Susan, our consultant, was imminently professional and answered all our myriad of questions very patiently before scheduling tours. She was always quick to respond, and we found just the right place for our father. I don't know what we would have done without Care Patrol!

They were wonderful and I liked the first facility I visited. Mom has now moved in and is very happy there.

Lisa was outstanding to work with. The only thing I would have wanted differently is to actually talk to the facilities who were making their choices. The patient has a very extensive medical history and looks terrible on paper but not as bad in person. With the Covid stuff going on, the facilities were not able to do an onsite evaluation to see this. They used some of her medical history to decline her instead of how she actually was.
