My family needed to move my 93 year old mother with moderate dementia to a new assisted living facility. It was an urgent situation due to declining health and neglect in the facility she was in. I worked with Todd Seidl and he was an immense help and comfort to me and our family in finding a better place for mom where she would be treated with kindness and compassion. It is a blessing to have someone as caring and knowledgeable as Todd on your side. I highly recommend Care Patrol and Todd Seidl.

Tammy was awesome!! She asked about my Mom’s interests and likes and dislikes. She was concerned with my budget and what I wanted for my Mom. Tammy made the process to pick the right place for my Mom stress free. I could not have done the move without Tammy’s help and support.

Todd and team did an excellent job helping find a new place for my mom and also assisted with other questions as they came up. Their support clearly exceeded expectations and helped guide us through what otherwise would have been a very difficult process! If I could give them more stars I would! Thank you Todd!!!

We worked with Todd at Carepatrol and he was awesome. He was caring, easy to work with, very knowledgeable about the many options available to us. He first worked with us to find out what our preferences were and what our father was like and what his needs were. Todd knew we didn't have much time and worked very quickly to get us our options. After we narrowed those down, he quickly set up our meetings and helped us to clarify what we wanted and who best matched those needs. Our father is now at St Anne's and so far we are very happy with our choice. As soon as my dad is out of quarantine. I am sure he will agree with our choice as the best for him. Todd is the best. He's a great communicator and has wonderful customer service skills. We would highly recommend Carepatrol to others. We could not have done this without the help of Carepatrol.

I recently needed help finding a care home for a loved one. I wasn't sure if the needed home would be in Georgia or Arizona. I worked with Care Patrol coordinators in both states. I couldn't have asked for a better guide than Susan. She showed up right when I had no idea what to do to help my mom, and she had all the answers that I needed when I needed them. She was also encouraging to me when I was very concerned about Mom. She was a wonderful advocate and guide in this process.
