One of the best things about contacting CarePatrol was Jacqui Clark taking the time to talk to me in detail about my needs and how they might best be met. I really appreciated that and it was most helpful. The selling points for King's Care Assisted Living were mostly right on, with the exception of the description of the residents' being able to view the lovely countryside of Vista from their patios and even their rooms. The home is in a nice setting, but those who live there cannot see over the fence which borders the walkway which itself surrounds the entire home. And there are three actual patio areas I believe for the ten rooms. Thank you for the referral!

Rich drove out to meet with my mother about her hesitancy to move into an assisted living facility. He was empathetic, respectful and showed care in speaking with her and respected her. I'm hopeful that what he told her she takes in and moves forward the the ideal situation for her future care.

Mike went above and beyond to help in locating a facility that would take my husband. I am extremely grateful as I wouldn’t have been able to do it alone.

The at home evaluation was just like a friendly visit with family, nothing was written down so we all were a little concerned. When we got the letter with the recommendations our worries were quickly turned to joy as they got all my mother's preferences and likes and dislikes matched into 4 facilities best suited for her. The top one on the list was perfect and we didn't need to go any further, and signed the contract that same day and she was moved in and excited and functioning better immediately. By the third day she had so many new friends, new activities she enjoyed, and great food that we hardly recognized her as it had been a long while since she was that happy and animated.

I have had a tremendous help from Care Patrol. As a guardian, I don't have time to check out all the area facilities. They have checked these out and after determining what my ward can afford, we are able to go forward and place them in an environment for their needs. Thank you for your time and expertise! Very responsive and great follow up

My mother is has dementia and has been living in her own home with help from my brother and some in home services. Because of ostomy care we were struggling to find in home care. The social worker recommended that we try Eric Sailor at Care Patrol to help us find Senior Living for Mom. Eric responded quickly with options for us! When her situation changed overnight and the hospital wanted to release he, we had no services set up for her and getting those services would have taken a week. He found respite care in the Senior Living Facility that we were considering that would take her the next day. My Mom is safe and well cared for, thanks to Eric's help and quick response! I can't say enough about how grateful and happy I am!

It is great working with someone who knows the facilities and can get the information needed to make a decision.
