I so appreciate all that Diane of Care Patrol did. Trying to figure out what to do was so stressful and she just took charge and guided me all the way and is still in touch even after my sister’s placement in assisted living facility. Thank you so so much.

I used this service to help me find a place for my Mom to live. She has dementia so I was looking for a place with both assisted living and memory care for when she needs that level. Brad R. was SO helpful! He told me about several options including continuing care facilities and residential care homes, and arranged appointments for me at each one. He took time to learn all about my mother and what she might need for care and housing. His first recommendation was a brand new facility that I had not found in my own Google searches, maybe because they were still under construction. The Reserve at Mills Farm has a most fantastic memory care area, with four separate buildings that each house 6 residents around a centralized great room layout. It's feels like a home vs. a lock down corridor layout that I've seen at most memory care facilities. It's just perfect for when she needs that level of care. What I like most about CarePatrol in general is that, unlike A Place for Mom, they do not limit your choices to facilities who advertise with them. This way I know I'm seeing the full picture on what's available out there. Brad also let me know of a resource to explore housing assistance with the Veteran's Administration. I couldn't be more pleased.

Of course this was a crazy stressful time for our family and we had no idea about the appropriate place for mom to receive care and compassion.
