I live 2,000 miles away from my parents. I have several years experience as a geriatric Social worker. However living long distance away and also wearing "two hats" Both as a family member and a coordinator for my parents care has been awkward and difficult. Kristine has been invaluable and supportive to me. In dealing with helping my parents to Age In place I have valued her advice and the fact the she really listens and cares. Here is why I think Kristine has been outstanding. 1. She provided my with timely information. 2. She has mastered understanding of the local community resources and how to network and negotiate the continuum of adult services. A good social service broker should be able to recommend appropriate services and supports and understand the best fit. and guide my with negotiating systems of care. 3. Compassion and Integrity. Kristine went to my Fathers Funeral and I trust her. 4. Understanding the dichotomy of safety juxtaposed with dignity and independence and as well as the persons right to choose what they want. Charles did an excellent job, very available and got our friend into Brookdale in 2 days

Even after a hurricane hit our area, Amy responded to me nearly immediately on a Saturday about needing to place my Mom in a senior apartment. We signed a lease for one on that following Monday and moved Mom on Friday/Saturday. Amy has checked in with me several times about if she can assist in any way. I would give six stars if I could!

I wanted to thank Don Lewinsky, for helping when we were placing my father in enhanced assisted living. He was always available to talk and help with what we needed and made our lives easier through a tough time.

I am home health care provider, as well as a concerned child of an elderly parent. Professionally, I use Care Patrol extensively to successfully help guide our patients in finding senior, assisted, and skilled living facilities. Personally, this past summer, we worked with Todd Seidl to find an assisted living facility for our mother. Todd was informative, helpful, professional, compassionate and did an excellent job connecting us to various facilities to evaluate. Most importantly, Todd's ability to coach us and help us navigate the challenges inherent in pursuing placement and the T19 application process was VERY valuable. Mom is now happily living in a great facility, and she is being well cared for. Care Patrol is HIGHLY recommended if you need help/guidance in transitioning your loved ones to the next "stage". Our Care Patrol representative was absolutely amazing!!! Sara made the process of moving my father into a facility so much easier on me and my family. She went way above my expectations and I am extremely thankful for that. I am in a different state then where my father resides and you add COVID, that made his move no small task. Checking in to see how everything is working out was Dawn Jones’s greatest strength in managing my quest to find somewhere to transition to from my townhouse I will recommend her to everyone
