I’m glad to have an opportunity to comment about the services provided by the Care Patrol, especially the owner, Theresa. My mother’s health deteriorated quickly, requiring a need to transition her from independent living to an assisted living facility. I had no idea of all the challenges associated with caring for my aging mother, plus the challenges of transitioning her to a new location so late in her life. In stepped Theresa and the Care Patrol. Theresa provided outstanding service and guided me through a tumultuous period. She is very caring, service oriented, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my mother. She was a tremendous help with the transition. And it didn’t end there. Theresa even visited my mother at her new assisted living apartment in the days following her move and brought her a nice gift for her new home. I wholeheartedly provide a 5 star rating for Paw Patrol and encourage anyone in a similar situation to reach out to Theresa.

CarePatrol helped us find an Assisted Living facility for my sister. Due to our specific circumstances, time was of the essence. CarePatrol understood our needs, recommended three facilities, and scheduled and participated in a virtual tour of each facility (due to COVID restrictions). Although we had to decide quickly, CarePatrol was very proactive with communications, and so events never seemed rushed. Their expertise in this matter was invaluable. We relied heavily on CarePatrol. We received excellent service and felt like we made as informed of a decision as possible with selecting a facility.

Brad with Care Patrol helped us find the perfect place for Mom. We really would not have been able to find this place on our own. Mom had fallen and was no longer able to live independently. Care Patrol helped us find an assisted living facility for mom. We moved Mom to the Reserve at Mills Farm. This was a brand new facility that was not even opened yet and was exactly what we were looking for. We had another agency helping also but they did not pay attention to our specific needs just used a shot gun approach, where care patrol took the time to only offer us assistance with our specific requirements.

Angela made contacts to find an assisted living facility for a family member or ours. This family member needed a place within a month of notifying Angela. She found the ideal place, within our family member's budget, and close to the rest of her extended family. We are very pleased with her service, knowledge of the area, and follow up once our loved one was moved in to her new place.
